Simple Supply Review

From Your Current Specification to a Kazakhstan Supply Quote

Share the information we need to review your application, identify a suitable Arosha Powder grade and prepare a practical quotation for your destination.

  1. 1

    Send Your Specification

Share your current TDS, target calcium carbonate grade, application, approximate quantity and any key performance requirements.

  2. 2

    Review an Arosha Grade

Our team compares your requirements with the available coated and uncoated grades and shares the relevant technical data sheet for review.

  3. 3

    Confirm the Receiving Point

Tell us the Kazakhstan delivery city, receiving point or preferred logistics arrangement so the quotation can reflect the intended destination.

  4. 4

    Compare the Supply Offer

Review the proposed grade, commercial terms, estimated delivery basis and next steps before moving forward with your supply discussion.

Helpful starting point: If you do not have a complete specification, send your application, product type and approximate monthly requirement first.

Exploring a More Cost-Effective Supply Option

Direct sourcing is worth evaluating when it can improve purchasing cost while meeting the requirements of your production.

Arosha’s mine ownership and manufacturing operation provide a basis for discussing a potentially cost-effective supply offer. Purchasing from the producer can reduce intermediary layers, while selecting against your actual specification helps avoid paying for properties your application does not require.

Exchange rates can also influence export pricing from Iran. Where costs are incurred in rials, favourable exchange-rate movements may support price competitiveness. However, the result depends on production costs, the quotation currency and commercial conditions—not simply the nominal value of one currency against another.

For a Kazakhstan buyer, the practical comparison is the cost of acceptable material at the agreed receiving point.

CompareUse the Same Basis
Product specificationA grade that meets the same technical and performance requirements
Order quantityThe volume covered by each quotation
PackagingUnit size and included packaging components
Delivery scopeThe same receiving location and clearly defined transport responsibilities
Commercial termsCurrency, payment terms, quotation validity and included or excluded charges

A factory gate price and a delivered price cover different services. Ask for those differences to be itemised before deciding which offer is more economical.

An Arosha quotation gives your purchasing team a concrete basis for evaluating whether direct supply from Iran can improve your current arrangement.

Coated and Uncoated Calcium Carbonate Grades

Our ground calcium carbonate portfolio includes the following product families and mesh grades:

Product FamilyAvailable Grade Range
Coated GCC400, 600, 800, 1250 and 2500 mesh
Uncoated GCC100, 200, 325, 400, 600, 800, 1250 and 2500 mesh

Explore the coated calcium carbonate range or uncoated calcium carbonate range to review the product options.

Start with your existing specification or intended application. A higher mesh designation is not, by itself, a reason to choose a grade. The relevant properties depend on what you manufacture and the performance your plant requires.

For application-specific guidance:

These guides support the technical evaluation. The quotation then addresses the selected product, order size and Kazakhstan destination.

Comparing an Arosha Grade with Your Current Microcalcite

If your current powder is purchased as microcalcite, under an M-series designation or by a nominal micron size, include the supplier’s data sheet with your enquiry.

The trade name helps identify the product. The specification shows what needs to be compared.

For example, a nominal micron designation does not necessarily describe the same measurement as a reported D50. Likewise, a commercial mesh label alone does not establish a powder’s complete particle-size distribution.

Send the information available from your current purchasing arrangement:

InformationHow It Helps the Comparison
Current TDS or purchasing specificationIdentifies the properties and limits your plant accepts
Coated or uncoated requirementEstablishes the required surface condition
Particle-size results and test methodHelps determine whether the reported figures are comparable
Other acceptance limitsDefines relevant moisture, composition, optical or handling requirements
Application and purchasing objectiveClarifies whether you need an equivalent candidate or a change in performance

If terminology differs between the documents, our guide to mesh, micron, D50 and D97 explains how to interpret the figures.

Tell us what you want to achieve. Maintaining the performance of an accepted powder while evaluating a lower-cost source is a different brief from seeking improved surface appearance or a different treatment.

Once a candidate is identified, evaluate it against your own acceptance criteria before approving the substitution.

Planning Supply to Your Destination in Kazakhstan

The quotation should reflect where and how you receive the material.

A factory near Almaty, a warehouse in Astana and a freight terminal elsewhere in Kazakhstan represent different delivery requests. Include the city and actual receiving location where possible, rather than the country name alone.

If your freight provider will collect the goods or arrange part of the journey, explain where that responsibility begins. If you require delivery to a terminal or another specific handover point, identify it for feasibility review.

Your receiving facilities also matter. Bulk-bag discharge equipment, forklift access and storage arrangements can influence the packaging selected for the order.

The commercial offer should clearly identify:

  • The agreed delivery or handover point.
  • The transport included in the price.
  • The applicable Incoterm and named place.
  • Shipment timing and quotation validity.
  • Any responsibilities or charges outside the offer.

Packaging and Approval for Repeat Orders

Our listed export packaging options include 25 kg bags, 500 kg units and 1 tonne units. The configuration available for your selected grade is confirmed with the order.

Choose packaging around the way your site handles the powder. For bulk bags, mention any requirements for lifting loops, discharge arrangements or compatibility with your equipment. For smaller bags, include palletisation or receiving requirements where relevant.

Before placing the first commercial order, agree the product specification and discuss any sample evaluation needed by your technical team. Consult the applicable SDS for safety and handling information, and request the relevant batch COA for the agreed quality review.

For repeat orders, keep the approved specification as the reference. This gives both teams a consistent basis for reviewing subsequent deliveries and discussing any additional inspection requirements.

If the first order is a trial quantity, include your expected ongoing demand separately. That helps distinguish the initial approval stage from the longer-term purchasing requirement.

Questions from Kazakhstan Buyers

Is Arosha Powder a manufacturer or a trading company?

Arosha Powder manufactures ground calcium carbonate in Iran and owns four limestone mines. Buyers can contact us directly about product requirements and export purchasing.

Are technical data sheets available for every grade?

Yes. TDS documents for all listed coated and uncoated grades are available through our data sheet centre. Select the document corresponding to the product you want to assess.

Can I enquire without knowing the correct mesh?

Yes. Start with your application, approximate quantity and destination. Attach a current product specification if available; otherwise, explain what you manufacture and the requirements you already know.

Can buying from Arosha reduce our cost?

Direct manufacturer purchasing offers an opportunity to evaluate a potentially more economical supply arrangement. The result depends on the required grade, quantity, packaging and delivery costs. Compare the quotation with your current supply on the same technical and delivery basis.

What is the minimum order, and can I request a sample?

Ask for the applicable minimum order and sample arrangements when submitting your enquiry. These will be confirmed for the selected product and destination.

Can you quote for delivery to our city?

Provide the city and receiving location so the requested delivery scope can be reviewed. Mention whether you need delivery to your site or intend to arrange collection or part of the transport.
